Six copper heat pipes
Rapid Heat Transfer at Low Temperatures
Six 6-mm copper heat pipes form the heart of the cooling system. They absorb waste heat directly from the processor and quickly transfer it to the fine aluminum cooling fins, where it is efficiently dissipated. Copper is one of the materials with the highest thermal conductivity and is therefore the ideal choice for effective heat transfer. Combined with the generously sized cooling fins, this creates a well-designed cooling concept that reliably and quickly dissipates heat from hot CPUs out of the system.
Fans & Compatibility
Quiet PWM fan and broad socket support
The included 120-mm fan uses 4-pin PWM control to adjust its speed as needed between 400 and 1,500 RPM, operating at a whisper-quiet maximum of 27.6 dB(A). The high-quality hydro-bearing further ensures smooth operation and a long service life, while the intelligent PWM control allows the fan to spin up only when actually needed. At the same time, the LC-CC-120-LP6 is compatible with a wide range of current and older Intel sockets (including LGA 1851, 1700, 1200) as well as AMD sockets (including AM5, AM4). This gives you flexibility for future upgrades and provides a quiet cooling solution that fits virtually any system.
