Warranty Information
All products we sell are covered by the statutory warranty period of two years from the date of purchase.
Should a service claim arise, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product to file your claim.
The terms and conditions of the respective retailer apply.
Information on the voluntary manufacturer's warranty
Certain premium products, such as gaming monitors, power supplies from our Platinum Series, Super Silent Modular Series, or GP4 Series, and the DIGI and AERA air cooler series, also come with a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Claims Processing
Contact us by e-mail at service@lc-power.com or via the contact form.
To review your warranty claim, we need the following information in advance:
- Serial number of the defective product
- A copy of the invoice from your retailer as proof of purchase
We'll be happy to review your warranty claim. Please note that our voluntary manufacturer's warranty applies only to new products and to the original purchaser. Pixel defect class I applies to all of our monitor models.
Please note that screen damage—unless caused by damage during shipping and reported
immediately upon receipt of the merchandise—is not covered by either the statutory warranty
or our voluntary manufacturer's warranty.
