Warranty information
The statutory warranty period of two years from the date of purchase applies to all products sold by us.
Should a service case be necessary, please contact your contractual partner from whom you purchased the product in order to assert your claims.
The terms and conditions of the respective contractual partner apply.
Information on the voluntary manufacturer's warranty
In addition, certain premium products such as gaming monitors and power supplies from our Platinum series have a voluntary manufacturer's warranty.
You can check whether your product is covered by this warranty by looking at the technical overview ("Warranty" section) on the respective product page.
Warranty processing
Contact us by e-mail at service@lc-power.com or via the contact form.
To check your warranty claim, we need the following information in advance:
- Serial number of the defective product
- Copy of your dealer's invoice as proof of purchase
We will be happy to check your warranty claim. Please note that our voluntary manufacturer's guarantee only applies to new goods and to the original purchaser. Pixel error class I applies to all our monitor models.
